CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure your appointment, a card must be held on file.

​

A 6-hour notice will be required for canceling or rescheduling to avoid fees.

​

If there is no communication of running late, after 10 minutes you will be charged the full price of any and all pre-scheduled services, and your appointment forfeited.

​

The same applies to any appointments redeemed through our LOYALTY PROGRAM.
